Graham has a passion for unique Tasmanian products but also searches widely
throughout Australia for fresh, seasonal produce. With a focus on ingredients
from our Southern region of Tasmania, he aims to demonstrate exactly why
the area is gaining such acclaim for its quality gourmet products.
 
Our wine list is designed to seamlessly integrate with our menu, allowing you
to select wines that will compliment and further enhance your enjoyment
of our cuisine. We also offer a range of wines from across Australia and the world.
