All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Credit card details will be confirmed at check in. If the card holder is not going to be present please contact us to be sent a credit card authorisation form. This will need to be filled in and returned to us in order for us to charge the card.

• Bookings will require full accommodation payment on arrival at the Hotel. Personal Identification must be presented on arrival.
• Advance Purchase room type bookings require payment at the time of booking & there are no refunds or amendments available.
• Bookings that include New Years Eve will require a deposit of one night at the time of booking. The balance is then payable by the 1st of December. Cancellations, refunds & amendments are not available after the 1st of December for bookings that include NYE.

• Lenna Penthouses are offered conditional upon private accommodation use only, social and corporate entertainment, functions and activities are not permitted.
• Lenna Penthouses do not accommodate infants/children from 0 to 12 years of age.
• The first nights accommodation fee is charged to the supplied credit card at the time of reservation. The balance of the accommodation is payable upon check in.
• Cancellation advice is required 7 days prior to the bookings arrival date.  Cancellations made within 7 days of check in or failure to arrive for your reservation will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation.  For stays that include a Friday and/or Saturday night, there is a cancellation fee of 2 nights accommodation.
• Lenna of Hobart reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion, at any time.
• Check in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
• Check out time is 11.00am on the day of departure.
• Penthouse bookings that include a Friday or Saturday night require a minimum stay of two (2) nights.

The Lenna of Hobart reserves the right to cancel reservations due to declined credit cards.

Property Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, cancellation advice is required by 2.00pm hotel time 24 hours prior to the bookings arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation.

This applies to all room reservations and packages excluding advance purchase,Penthouse bookings & bookings that include the 31st of December.

There are no cancellations/refunds or amendments available for Advance Purchase bookings.
